The Oak Inn is nestled down a narrow lane in Burton, Christchurch and proudly owned by Mick and Gill Macauley – a husband and wife team from Southend-on-Sea, Essex. I just can’t say enough good things about Bistro Christophe in Bruges. The staff are welcoming and helpful, offering guidance on the best menu options, though in truth everything here must be amazing – these people know what they are doing and how to cook!
